About
Lan Pham. Founder.
This is a new company. There is no 12-person team hiding behind the logo. You work with me.
15 minutes with a real person. We'll tell you honestly if it fits.
I’ve spent more than 30 years building and running small businesses, so I know how they actually work.
I’ve started, run, and sold businesses across an ad agency, a marketing firm, and retail. I’ve made payroll, chased leads, and answered the phone with my hands full. Today I work alongside local business owners around Atlanta, Roswell, and Woodstock.
My approach is simple: find the bottleneck that’s costing you money, then fix that first. For most owners it’s the same one. You’re on the job, the phone keeps ringing, and the call you miss is the job that goes to someone else. So the first thing City Concierge AI does is answer it: missed, after-hours, and mid-job calls on the number already on your truck.
Setup isn’t free, because we build it with you around how your business really runs. It’s typically live in 3–4 days.
I won’t publish fake testimonials or “X shops live” to look established. The proof is the demo line and a 15-minute conversation. Call Emma at (470) 570-9021, or book a time, and judge for yourself.

What I will and won’t do
I will
- Build the script with you
- Keep your existing number
- Let you hear sample calls before anything goes live
- Put pricing, minutes, and overage on the card
I won’t
- Invent fake testimonials or client logos
- Promise revenue I can’t prove
- Hide fees or overage rates
- Pretend the AI is a person
Where we work
Service area: Roswell · Woodstock · Atlanta metro, GA
City Concierge AI is an independent local business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of any magazine or publication. We sometimes buy ad space in local publications. That is the only connection.
