The service
City Concierge AI provides white-glove AI receptionist coverage for local businesses: missed, after-hours, and mid-job answering on a number you already have, plus optional booking and transfer. A demo is a conversation, not a contract.
Fees
Monthly prices, included minutes, overage rates, and setup fees are listed on the pricing cards. Setup is a one-time fee because we build the script with you. It is not free. Overage is billed at the rate printed on the same card. We do not use “billed as you go” without stating that rate.
What we don’t promise
We do not guarantee a specific revenue lift, trial period, or setup fee waiver unless we put it in a written order. The missed-call calculator is an example, not a promise of recovered revenue. We do not invent case studies. The AI will transfer anything you flag; it is not a licensed plumber, HVAC tech, or insurance advisor.
Your number
You keep your phone number. We sit behind it. If you cancel, coverage stops; the number stays yours.
