Are you affiliated with any local magazine?
No. City Concierge AI is an independent local business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of any magazine or publication. We sometimes buy ad space in local publications. That is the only connection. The City in our name means the cities we serve.
Which businesses is it for?
Home-service shops in Roswell, Woodstock, and the Atlanta metro: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and landscape. Website and social for local businesses too.

What is City Concierge AI?
An AI receptionist for Roswell, Woodstock, and Atlanta-metro home-service shops. It answers the calls you can’t get to, on the number you already have, so jobs don’t end up in voicemail.
How does the AI receptionist work?
It answers missed and after-hours calls on your existing number, captures the job details, texts them to the shop, and books a window you approve or transfers the call to you.
Is it a real person?
No, it’s AI, and it’s honest about it. Anything you flag (gas smell, flooding, a VIP) goes to you or a teammate.
How fast can it go live?
Typically 3–4 days. We build the script with you and you approve sample calls before it goes live.
Can I hear it before I buy?
Yes. Call the demo line at (470) 570-9021 and Emma, our AI receptionist, will answer.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. We handle setup: the script, your existing number, and who gets the text. You approve a few sample calls and we go live. Typical launch is 3–4 days.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Customers keep calling the number on the truck and on Google. We sit behind it for missed, after-hours, or all-day coverage depending on the plan.
What happens on calls the AI shouldn’t handle?
Anything you flag (gas smell, flooding, a VIP) gets a warm transfer to you or a teammate. The AI knows its limits.
Pricing & setup
Is setup free?
No. Setup is a one-time fee because we build the script with you and attach it to your number. After-hours is $199; Starter and Growth are $497; Scale is $997.
What’s included in the monthly minutes?
Each plan lists minutes on the pricing cards. After that, overage is $0.40/min ($0.35 on Scale). We walk through typical usage on the demo. No surprise “billed as you go” without a rate.
Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
No. We don’t offer a trial or setup waiver unless it’s in a written order. You can hear the product first on the demo line.
How is this different from self-serve AI answering apps?
Those are self-serve bots you set up yourself. We are white-glove for local home services: we build it with you, keep your number, and stay on the account. After-hours is the listen-first plan if you want to hear it before you go bigger.
