What we collect
If you use a form on this site we collect the name, phone, email, business, trade, city, and notes you type. Scheduling uses Calendly. If chat is turned on, it is powered by Tidio. We do not sell those lists.
Why
To answer demo requests and, if you become a customer, to run after-hours coverage on your number. We also keep the server logs any host keeps (IP, browser) for security.
Who sees it
Lan Pham / City Concierge AI. Hosting and form handling are Netlify (Netlify Forms). Calendar is Calendly. Chat, when on, is Tidio. Those vendors see what you send through their tools under their own policies. This site has no ad pixels or tracking scripts.
How long
Demo requests stay until you ask us to delete them, or until they are clearly stale. Customer call recordings and transcripts, if we store them to run the service, stay for the life of the account plus a short archive. We will spell that out in your order form.
Your asks
Email hello@myconciergeai.io to see, correct, or delete what we have on you.
